I can’t even begin to describe the fantastic experience I had securing my new home at ROQ City! Carlos was incredibly responsive and friendly from the very first message, and he always kept me up to date throughout the process. He knows the building inside and out and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision with confidence. The walkthroughs were very involved. He had answers for every one of my questions. He also pranked me by sounding sad when he called, only to tell me congratulations, I was approved! 😄 The building itself is beautiful and modern, and it’s soundproof, which I love. Having a grocery store and Shoppers Drug Mart right downstairs is so convenient. The amenities are amazing too, including a great gym (with crossfit), a recording studio, a bar in the party room, and wellness equipment like reformers. I’d recommend ROQ City to anyone who wants to be well taken care of in a safe building with everything they need to entertain themselves and their friends and family. I recommend working with Carlos, he's amazing to work with!

The past almost 2 years in our last town were amazing, no issues with the house, every maintenance request filled and never canceled without reason. We had to relocate to another city in the state due to a job relocation, and have been met with some misguided ideas of what we were moving into. Since then everything has been taken care of maintenance wise, we’ve been reached out to see if everything was taken care of I assume by higher ups.. we haven’t had a bad experience, and it’s definitely better than owning a home! We’ve loved the convenience, the price points have been incredible. We will continue with them until we don’t need to anymore!
