EXCELLENT. ALL ISSUES WERE RESOLVE WITH SUCH SPEED, I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO COMPLAIN. LOL. I FELT LIKE A CELEBRITY WHEN IN ONE DAY 3 SETS OF WORKMAN SHOWED UP TO FIX ALL 3 APPLIANCES – INSTALL BRAND NEW DISHWASHER, REPLACED ICE-MAKER AND DOUBLE CHECK WASHING MACHINE. WOW! THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH. EXCELLENT WORK.

Nadir from the Concierge team has been incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns, whether it’s packages, bookings, work orders or anything else. He always finds a solution and is someone we can rely on. Nadir is friendly, professional and always greets residents with a smile. It’s always a pleasure to see him and have a quick conversation. I just moved into this building and it is incredible. Not only is the unit in perfect condition, but it’s silent even with ongoing construction. The concierge have been so helpful and friendly. Especially Usman! Both the leasing agents and maintence team are also incredible. Overall 11/10!
