Well-maintained community with an overall positive experience. The walking trail with a boardwalk next to the creek is a very nice touch. John Mack the property manager was available and ready to help with any and all needs from move in to move out. I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone looking in the Mount Juliet area!

I wantwd to provide an exceptional review for the work that Darius Burley of Tricon provided. We had a defective microwave from the start he was the ultimate professional. From scheduling to arriving and replacing the defective microwave he made it a seamless process. I think the removal and replacement took him 10 minutes total. Great work Darius!!

Excellent service from Tricon Residential! We would especially like to thank the maintenance professional who came to our home today to repair our damaged fence. I sincerely apologize for not mentioning his name, as I unfortunately forgot it. He was extremely professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire visit. His attention to detail and the quality of his work were outstanding. We are very happy with the repair and truly appreciate his excellent service and dedication. I moved here 3 yrs ago under Canvas mgmt. Canvas was very good to me and disclosed all fees prior to move in. Tricon Cedar Creek assumed the property 2 yrs ago and have been exceptional. They are quick to respond to complaints and maintenance issues (which I seldom have). Our local contact, John, is on site often and is quick to respond to any issues and he goes above and beyond to keep Cedar Creek residents happy. We have a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. If they had more than 5 stars for a rating I would check them all!!
