I absolutely love Tricon. Everytime I have experienced any kind of issues it was immediately addressed and resolved. The only time I ran into any issues is when the wonderful leasing specialist "Jasmine " was out of office. But I also reached out to corporate and again my issues were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. And when we had this last fire going on. They definitely stepped up and cared for there residents. Definitely a nice property management team at Tricon

Darius Butley was great. I had been dealing with this refrigerator problem for 2 months. The warranty company came out numerous time and couldn’t fix it. Darius came in, identified the problem, ordered them part, installed it and solved the problem. This man deserves a raise. Ever time I have an issue and I see he is the assigned technician I’m completely confident that he will fix it.
