I had an excellent experience with Thomas, a Tricon maintenance & repair representative. I initially reached out for assistance with the refrigerator, but Thomas went above and beyond what was originally requested, even though the smart home lock was not part of the work order. His communication was clear, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain several things that I wasn't previously familiar with. With my daughter out of town, I especially appreciated his patience and willingness to walk me through things so I could better understand how everything works. Thomas didn't just address the immediate concern; he made sure I felt informed and comfortable. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a wonderful impression. Thank you, Thomas, for going above and beyond. Excellent customer service!

Let me just start by saying, we love tricon. They have a wonderful selection of homes and amazing customer service. Maintenance is a breeze! The only thing is that i wish they'd let us renew our lease for more then the 12-14 months. We'd renew for 2-3 years at a time happily.

I’ve been renting from Tricon Residential for two years, and they have been excellent, They respond quickly to maintenance requests, help resolve issues. I’ve never had a problem with them. The best rental company I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommended.
