I am so impressed with Tricon company. Any issues I've experienced since being a loyal customer have been resolved with ease and in an appropriate time frame. A minot concern I have is added fee's for specific services that aren't optional and I don't really need irritates me. Any way I can save is a plus to me, so having to pay for a smart lock system and dryer machine maintenance monthly is something I don't feel I should have to add to my cost. All in all I would recommend this company.

We’ve just moved to Cherry House and are absolutely loving it so far. All the Tricon staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Eldie. He has gone over and above making sure our suite was move-in ready—even stopping us in the hallway to confirm everything in our new home was as expected a couple days after move-in. Thank you Eldie!

Eldie came to fix our bathroom door, but we ended up adding some other issues like windows and thermostat , he was really patient and immediately wiling to help without any hesitation. Thank you for fixing everything we asked for with a great big smile Eldie!!
