Living here has been such a positive experience, and a huge part of that is the amazing leasing office staff. Berlina and Nikkita are always welcoming, friendly, kind, and accommodating. They truly make you feel like you’re part of the community—not just another resident. Whether it’s a simple wave and friendly conversation while they’re out walking the neighborhood or the way they always welcome my daughter when she stops by the office after school to say hello and grab a quick snack, they consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I’ve always felt well taken care of by the staff, and I’ve always felt safe living in this neighborhood. It’s rare to find a community where the management genuinely cares about the people who live there, and Berlina and Nikkita do exactly that. Their kindness and dedication make this a wonderful place to call home.

Shamar from Cherry maintenance Team He was incredibly professional respectful, especially around my children, which meant a lot to me. I had several different issues that needed attention, and he addressed every one of them without hesitation. He took the time to listen to my concerns and fixed things on the spot whenever possible.
