7/1/26 Jerry Hall -maintenance tech repaired mb toilet, he was respectful, friendly, nice very knowledgeable & professional. Very efficient & arrived in the tine frame given. Thank You Tricon. Ms.CKC🙏🏽. Evelyn V (rex) was very helpful & solved my problem right away. She was professional , knowledgable & friendly. The maintenance man Darius Burley came right in and immediately handled my issue! He saw the problem and informed me of the steps that would need to take place in order for my issue to be fixed but he said he would make sure it gets handled and I really appreciate that! Big thank you to him for fixing an issue that others were not!!

I had several maintenance requests with Tricon in Indianapolis and wanted to recognize the great technicians I worked with. Chris A. did an excellent job with a closet shelf repair, and left it better than it was originally. Chris was very helpful & friendly, and he even vacuumed the carpet after the repair. I also worked with Hernan D. multiple times, and he always did quality work. Hernan helped with a couple electrical repairs and fixed our furnace in the winter. Hernan was always professional & friendly, and took time to explain things thoroughly when I had questions. I really appreciated the service from these technicians, and generally had good experiences with Tricon’s local maintenance support.

Miguel Quiones maintenance arrived early, checked the AC, adjusted vents for better circulation and also fixed a door handle to the master bedroom which was not on the list. Polite, professional and "amazing."
