My partner and I had the pleasure of touring Roq City today, and we were thoroughly impressed from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely Amal! The exceptional attention to detail, thoughtfully designed amenities, and beautifully finished suites truly exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of the property reflects a high standard of quality and care. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding level of customer service we received. Carlos and Matthias were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire tour. They took the time to answer every question with patience and expertise, making us feel valued and confident every step of the way. It's rare to encounter a team that combines such genuine hospitality with professionalism, and Carlos and Matthias are a true credit to Roq City. Jasmine A. Who handles our community was amazing in supporting me through several issue that the regular Tricon customer service was a nightmare to work with. She handled these issues with ease and reassurance. I cannot say the same about the telephone customer support, matter of fact, the opposite but she turned it all around and made things happen. If it wasn’t for her I’d still be on the phone hours later trying to get something resolved. She’s awesome

Moving into Cherry House at Canary Landing has been a great experience from start to finish. The application and move-in process was smooth, well organized, and much less stressful thanks to Helina. Helina was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made a real difference and made me feel welcomed from day one. Helina Molla who was originally assisting my family on our application and move in journey was such a gem. I don’t know where to begin thanking her and the Cherry house team for their patience with my family and I during our application Process and move in journey. Living here at Cherry house not only changed our lives but opened so many great opportunities within the community for our family as I have a 1 year old toddler I was able to secure a spot on one of the daycares just across from our building. Over all the amenities in Cherry house has kept my family so happy through out this summer. Thank you again and anyone looking for a place to call home should consider Cherry house. Hopefully you can fall into Helina for your move in help. Oh and did I mention the amazing property manger Belinda Black! The sweetest hearted person.
