Such a cute community! I immediately felt like it was family focused. The girl in the model home, Jessica, is so sweet and helpful – I tried to tour but couldn't get my phone to work because I am old. But Jessica came to help me get in to see see the home I am interested in which is near the pool. I love that there is a huge dog park for my BuffWuffs and a playground for when my grandkids come to visit. I am still shopping but this is my top choice!

My leasing experience at Tricon Willow Creek with the great clientele relations of Ms Jessica Richards has been quite unequivocal and matchless. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call a home at ease with great benefits of home ownership through the property package called TRICON VANTAGE.

When we moved in, we encountered a few minor issues, which we promptly reported to the leasing office (Jessica), our superintendent (Robert), and the Operations Team, who also reached out to us (Tiffany). All concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner. Throughout the process, the team maintained consistent communication, clearly explaining each step, the actions being taken, and the expected outcomes. While some matters are still in progress—as certain repairs naturally take time to be fully completed—I can confidently say that none of our concerns have been ignored. This team, and especially this location, takes tenant care very seriously and consistently strives for excellence.

Good morning, I'd like to congratulate the company and one of its employees, Mr. Luis Morales. A few days ago, I suffered a minor but not insignificant incident. Upon arriving home after a hard day's work and grocery shopping, I began to unload the bags, but they couldn't bear the weight, causing the groceries to fall on the floor. Fortunately for me, Mr. Luis Morales was present and kindly helped me pick up the groceries and bring them into my home. He refused to accept any compensation in return. I am extremely grateful that the company has employees of this professional and humane standard. Thank you.

The entire leasing process was very seamless and moved quickly. I did inspection with Robert who is absolutely efficient. Robert has been amazing at answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Tricon Willow Creek Residential!
