Cheryl leads the Enterprise Project Management Office at Tricon, driving enterprise-wide strategic execution and cross-functional transformation initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and delivery leadership, she specializes in aligning business strategy, technology, and operations to deliver measurable results.
Cheryl is one of four global authors of The PMI Guide to Business Analysis (2018, Project Management Institute) and co-author of Effective PM and BA Role Collaboration (2015, J. Ross). She previously founded and chaired PMI Toronto’s Business Analysis Community, served as a Director of the IIBA Toronto Chapter, and frequently contributed to ProjectManagement.com and PMIstandards+.
She holds the PMP and CBAP certifications and serves as an Adjunct Project Management Professor at York University.
