John Naas is responsible for Tricon’s IT infrastructure, security, data and day-to-day IT operations. He is also a member of the AI Executive Committee to help shape Tricon’s future use of AI.
John brings more than two decades of experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, advising organizations on technology strategy, digital transformation, cost optimization, and modernization initiatives. Before joining Tricon, he co-founded a global management consulting firm and previously spent several years with KPMG UK, guiding clients through complex, large-scale transformation programs.
He holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool and maintains multiple industry certifications spanning IT governance, security, and operational excellence.
