Kahn Scott Lowes joined Tricon in 2022 and is responsible for investment management and growth initiatives across Tricon’s Canadian purpose-built rental apartment platform. Based in Toronto, he focuses on origination, underwriting, and ongoing portfolio oversight.
Prior to joining Tricon, Kahn held investment roles at BAZ Group of Companies and Forum Asset Management.
Kahn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from McGill University and is actively involved with the St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation.
