Michelle is a growth-focused sales and operations leader in the single-family rental and build-to-rent industry, bringing more than 23 years of experience across multifamily and single-family real estate. She specializes in building and scaling high-performing sales organizations, evolving leasing models, and translating strategic vision into measurable performance across large, geographically diverse portfolios.
Throughout her career, Michelle has led teams through periods of rapid growth, operational change, and market complexity, consistently driving occupancy, improving conversion, and partnering closely with revenue management, marketing, operations, maintenance, and technology teams to deliver results. Prior to joining Tricon, she spent 10 years with Irvine Company, where she built a strong foundation in resident experience, leasing strategy, and leading teams in highly competitive markets.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine, which informs her people-first leadership approach. Today, her focus is on modernizing leasing through coaching-led performance and tech-enabled solutions, while keeping the human experience at the center. She is deeply passionate about developing talent, simplifying complexity, and creating cultures where teams are empowered to perform and grow.
