Rei Moya serves as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence at Tricon, where he leads initiatives focused on enhancing business processes and driving operational efficiency. In this role, Rei also has direct oversight of the maintenance, construction, and resident experience teams. A firm believer in “servant leadership,” he operates with the philosophy that leadership is a support function for the entire organization.
Prior to joining Tricon, Rei served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Home Partners of America. There, he led day-to-day property management operations for a portfolio of 28,000 single-family rental homes across nearly 80 U.S. markets. Rei led a team of approximately 450 associates through a critical turnaround phase and assisted in the platform’s transition to Tricon management.
Rei previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Beam Living, where he oversaw the operations and financial performance of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio in New York City, comprising nearly 15,000 apartment units. His tenure included direct oversight of diverse functions ranging from Design & Construction to Human Resources and Technology.
