The Resident Home Purchase Program (“Program”) is only available for current, qualifying Tricon residents who are contacted directly by an authorized Tricon representative regarding a home purchase opportunity. Program information is provided for discussion purposes only, and does not constitute a binding commitment, an offer to sell any home, or an express or implied representation or warranty of any kind. Participation in the Program is optional. A resident’s decision not to participate will not affect their current lease rights or obligations, except as otherwise provided in a separately issued notice or applicable law.

Any transactions contemplated by Program are subject to Tricon’s approval, which may be withheld or conditioned in its sole discretion. Interest list submissions do not create a contractual agreement; no agreement exists until the parties have executed and delivered a definitive written purchase and sale agreement containing additional terms, conditions, and obligations.

Tricon is not a lender, and any referrals to third-parties lenders or service providers are provided for informational purposes, only. Tricon does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any third-party services, and encourages residents to use their independent judgment in deciding whether to participate.

Tricon reserves the right to withdraw any home from this program, to change, discontinue, or terminate this program, or to offer the subject home to another potential buyer (subject to the resident’s lease) in its sole discretion at any time. When used in connection with communication related to the Program, any pricing, discounts, or “Current Market Value” references are reasonable estimates of home values using comparable sales estimates available as of the date of the communication. Purchase price discounts will not be provided unless explicitly offered by Tricon. If offered, all discounts are provided in Tricon’s sole discretion, are non-transferrable, and are only applicable to the Current Market Value. Any statements regarding potential savings, equity, or comparisons between rent and mortgage payments are estimates only and may vary based on financing terms, credit qualifications, market conditions, taxes, insurance, and other factors.
