At Tricon, our commitment is simple: Consistently Out-Caring in Service of Residents.  

From a maintenance repair handled the right way, to a conversation with a team member or neighbor who makes you feel heard, it’s the everyday moments of care that shape the resident experience.

We invite you to share a story about your life at home. Each month, three Tricon residents who submit their stories will be selected at random to receive a $1,000 rent ledger credit.


How it Works

Tell us about a positive experience you had as a Tricon resident. This could include an interaction with a team member, a connection with a neighbor, or something about your home that has made a meaningful impact.

All eligible submissions received during the month are entered into a random draw. Three residents are selected, and every submission has an equal opportunity.

Winners receive a $1,000 credit applied directly to their rent ledger. You’ll be notified by email and text within three business days of the draw.

Who can submit a story?

This contest is open to current U.S. Tricon residents in good standing, aged 18 or older.

How are winners selected?

Three winners are chosen through a random draw from all eligible submissions received during the month.

There is no judging or scoring process.

What is the prize?

Each selected resident receives a $1,000 rent credit applied directly to their ledger for the following month’s rent.

When will I find out if I won?

Winners will be notified directly by the Tricon team following the monthly draw. Please allow up to three business days after the close of the submission period.

Will my story be published?

With your permission, approved stories may be published on Tricon’s website or other communications.

You will be asked to provide consent as part of your submission. Tricon may make light edits for clarity and length.

Can I submit a photo with my story?

Yes, and we encourage it!

Photos are optional, but always welcome as part of your submission.

How long does my story need to be?

There is no minimum or maximum length requirement.

Can I submit more than once?

Yes. You’re welcome to submit as many stories as you’d like. However, only one submission per resident will be entered into the draw each month.

If I win one month, can I win again?

Yes. If you win a rent credit and submit a new story in a future month, you will be eligible to be entered into the draw again.

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PERMITTED PER HOUSEHOLD. Open only to legal United States Residents, 18 or older at the time of entry and are current residents of Tricon. Entrants must be current residents in good standing at the time of entry and at the time the prize is awarded. “Good standing” shall mean that the resident (1) has not provided a notice of their intent to vacate; (2) is not delinquent in rent or other amounts owed; and (3) is not subject to any notice of default, notice to vacate, eviction proceeding, or similar tenancy enforcement action. Employees of TAH Operations LLC (“Sponsor”) and its respective parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Void where prohibited. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Terms may change or be canceled at any time at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By entering promotion, entrants agree to be contacted by Sponsor for advertising purposes. All Resident Stories must be submitted for each Monthly Drawing (as defined above) at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of the applicable month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of the applicable month. All entries are subject to review for eligibility and appropriateness and may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only approved entries are eligible to win. Each Monthly Drawing will be conducted on the last day of the applicable month from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period; provided, however, that if the last day of the applicable month falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the Monthly Drawing will be conducted on the next business day., Sponsor will select Three (3) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. Each Monthly Drawing will be conducted on the last day of the applicable month; provided, however, that if the last day of the applicable month falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the Monthly Drawing will be conducted on the next business day.
