Yes! You can self-tour most of our available rental homes. This option is ideal when you want to tour on your own time and at your own pace. You can set up a self-tour with a few simple steps starting from the home listing you’re interested in touring. Tours are available 7 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm. Plus, when you register and pay the $1.99 fee for self-tour access, you tour any available Tricon home for up to 60 days.

To request self-tour access from a home’s featured listing page, click on the “Self-Tour” button, then complete and submit the online registration. A small fee is required for identification verification. Once your identification is verified and payment received, you’ll receive instructions for accessing the home. After you tour the home, remember to lock the door on your way out.
