When we sell a house, if the home you’re living in qualifies for the Resident Home Purchase Program, we will contact you first, giving you the opportunity to purchase the home before it is listed for sale publicly. If you’ve been notified that your home is eligible and you’re ready to take the next step toward homeownership, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Down Payment Assistance Program
Tricon’s Down Payment Assistance Program is a benefit available to qualifying long-term residents to help support the next step toward homeownership. After five years in a Tricon home, eligible residents may receive a $5,000 grant that can be used toward the down payment on the purchase of any home in the United States.
