What should I do if my home is damaged by a natural disaster?
If there is a fire, downed electrical line, gas line issue, or immediate safety concern, call 911 right away. Please leave the home and move yourself, your household, and pets to a safe location.
After immediate safety concerns are addressed:
• Alert Tricon: Our team will need information about the damage and may need access to the home for repairs or insurance review.
• Contact your renter’s insurance provider: Notify your insurance company as required by your policy.

For emergency assistance, call 911.
For local disaster support and community resources, you can visit 211.org or dial 211 to connect with local help. Depending on your area, 211 may provide information about food, shelter, utilities, medical support, and other local resources.
