How Renting with Tricon Helped Dennis and Nameica Become Homeowners

Tricon’s Down Payment Assistance Program is available to qualifying long-term residents to help support the next step toward homeownership. After five years in a Tricon home, eligible residents may receive a $5,000 grant that can be used toward the down payment on the purchase of any home in the United States.
