Jasmine Alexander is the epitome of excellence and customer service. As a new resident, she’s gone above and beyond to ensure my onboarding process was seamless. She’s followed up via phone and email and answered all of my questions. Jasmine ensured that my bulk internet connection and access was set up by reaching out to the correct parties and also onboarding. She’s definitely an asset to Tricon. I love my new home, it’s pristine. Thank you, Jasmine and Tricon.

We've lived in a Tricon home for almost a year and a half and have been so happy with them. They are quick to respond, fair to deal with, and have provided us a beautiful home to live in. Beth Determan in particular has been great to work with. Highly recommend!

I have had a positive experience renting a house with Tricon in Sarasota, Florida. Hank noticed a small leak in the roof during our walk-through and sent someone out right away to address it. Sam, the contractor, and Joe, the roofer, were both great, and it was fixed within 24 hours. Lazaro, who cleans the pool, is also great, and keeps the pool looking beautiful. Nancy and Beth in the back office were also very helpful during the initial application / move-in period. Thank you to everyone, I appreciate your assistance!
