What maintenance am I responsible for as a resident?
As a Tricon resident, you are responsible for maintaining your home in a clean, safe condition and handling certain routine upkeep and minor repairs.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Basic upkeep: Replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, tightening loose fixtures or screws, and using appliances in a reasonable manner
• Air filters and smoke alarms: Replacing air filters and smoke alarm batteries
• Cleanliness: Removing garbage and maintaining the home in a clean, sanitary condition
• Temperature: Maintaining a minimum indoor temperature of 50°F to help protect the home and plumbing
• Outdoor upkeep: Mowing, watering, weeding, and general yard care, unless professional landscaping service is provided for your home
Tricon covers major repairs and maintenance to essential systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and structural components.
What should I do if I’m locked out?
Tricon does not provide lockout assistance.
